John Houmes is the lead pastor of New City Fellowship in Hollywood, Florida. A native of South Florida, he has served in cross-cultural church plants in East Nashville, TN, and London, UK, as well as pastored a multicultural church in St. Louis, MO. He has an M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary and has served in ordained pastoral ministry since 2010.
John is married to Virginia, and they have three children. He enjoys English Premier League football (particularly Liverpool), photography, reading a lot of books at one time, telling and hearing stories, and learning about cultures other than his own.
